Kent Jan茅r is a Partner of Brummer & Partners, a Stockholm based private company managing 14bn USD mainly in hedge funds. He serves on the board of B & P subsidiary Nektar, a fixed income/macro hedge fund he cofounded 20 years ago and where he served as its CIO the first 17 years. Nektar has won numerous international awards for its long-term performance. He also serves on the board of Eastfort, a Hong Kong based fund managing Chinese bond for institutional investors.
Mr. Jan茅r serves on the Investment Committee of the Nobel Foundation which manages the finances of the Nobel Prizes.
He serves on the Board of Trustees of SNS, described as 鈥淪weden麓s most important network and non-partisan think tank for decision-makers, leaders and academics.鈥� Mr. Jan茅r is a member of Pi Capital.
He has been invited speaker by among others the Swedish Riksbank, National Debt Office, Financial Supervisory Authority, banks and universities.
Mr. Jan茅r privately invests in Renewable Energy, especially low-cost storage, and FinTech. He enjoys deep sea fishing.
