There are many great ways to reuse, recycle & save when scrapbooking!
For a while when I would scrapbook, I would use a piece of paper, cut things out and when I was done I'd recycle it. Well, one day I realized how much useful paper I was actually tossing away!
So I began putting aside all of my paper I normally thought I was done with and started a nice, big pile...
After a few hours of scrapbooking, making notecards & using my Cricut,
I had quite the pile going on!
I grabbed one of my paper cutters (yes, I have multiple!!) and began cutting! I knew I would only be getting smaller pieces to use, but I was so excited with my outcome! After just a few minutes, I had a nice pile of paper that can be re used!
There's a lot in this pile to work with now! These smaller pieces are great to make boarders, mount pictures or phrases. Most of them are the perfect size to use when making note cards.!
Taking a few minutes was totally worth it! You'll end up getting more for your money & saving few bucks too. You can buy smaller pieces like this in 1lb scrap packs at your local craft store, but why would you now!
So think before you toss your scraps away, recycle them and see what you can make with all your new pieces!
